Returns and Exchanges

For food safety reasons we are unable to accept any returns once the package has left the Fresh Kids warehouse. If you are dissatisfied with a product or products for any reason, we will replace the product in your next shipment so long as you contact Customer Service in writing info@wearefreshkids.com or at 844-FRSHKDS (844-377-4537) and request a replacement within thirty (30) days after delivery of the product(s) to the delivery address on your account.
